The ice was fantastic, and the service was excellent! It was the first time my kids were there without me, and the staff member kindly let them try different options to help them choose what they wanted to take home. She was very patient and friendly.

I found a hair in my ice cream, and the staff seemed more interested in joking around than addressing the situation. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

We went into the shop tonight a little after 9pm tonight and we had the best customer service from the 2 young ladies working. They greeted us as son as we walked in. Offered us samples and even gave recommendations after I was so undecided. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place for Ice cream, great customer service and I was treated with a friendly attitude by the workers. Definitely recommend stopping by, also was very impressed with how clean and organized the store is!??
