I can't believe this place is not so well known. Open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays if enough interest, the fixed price no choice meal is typically five courses of seasonal dishes of one specific region of Italy and a different region every week! This is high cuisine, but you have to know where to find it. Stunning food.

This little and cozy restaurant is located in a picturesque scenery of a small middle-aged village about 40 minutes from Rome. It's a great place to stop either before or after taking a nice stroll among the ancient village walls or the nearby Valle del Treja park with its nice river and waterfalls, for good Italian food. But what is Italian really? And that's the beauty of this place: they do a different fixed menu every weekend dedicated to a region of La Bella Italia! I had the opportunity of trying the Basilicata specialties and I can't wait to try the other regions' menus!
