Contribuiți la feedbackExcellent flavor, over- and over service, contempt for cleanliness! aesthetics: I travel through this taqueria every day. not only clean them at night, but they can find them clean in a.m to late afternoon when they open, as well as through the operating hrs. as they go in them will notice that all kitchen is stainless steel. everything is completely stowed and the whole dining room is a hose down. I have not seen at the corners where most places neglected because of the difficultities in cleaning. not sure if I can upload pictures after posting, but next time I will be sick, be sure to make a quick picture. so they can have a part of the understanding that the corresponding precautions are taken to protect their customers from any virus along the side-surface ceilings. they will also notice that there is a hand wash station available with the dinning room for every comfort. I find the handwashing station in the dinning room for everyone to see help, the people remember that their needs to wash their hands before eating it. Although, if they are not too good on them. Taste: tacos are all incredibly delicious, full taste. a thing to consider before going into any flesh shows some dinge. the tortillas they use, they become un like other tacos the tortillas are really thin. they give them 2 tortillas pro taco, but because they are so thin, it feels like the tacos only have one. this is perfection for me because they don't taste the meat the tortilla. thick tortillas takes away from tacos taste. but be not stupid, just because they are thin, does not mean that they break, they hug the flesh and all salsa that they add perfectly. al pastor: it is not what they find in the northern part of mexico. I was corrected because I thought al pastor was like adobada. Although both are cooked on the spinnboard, they use different types of chilies. in baja california they find adobada what I was used to. the one they find here is al pastor, which, although some, which is similar to the taste is distinctly different. best I can describe it when adobada was cooked with sweet grilled swirls. defines a taste profile that you have to experience in your life. but if you don't like to swirl, I don't understand why you didn't want to skip this meat. However, the grilled twill taste together with its perfectly smoky chili will leave after taste on any case they want more. the meat because of the type of fire they use has a light crispy outer taste combined with a deep juicy core makes it a complete winner in my book. darm: squeam still? relax my American friends, live a little. honestly probably my second favorite taco here. they heat the darm and grill it. they get a creamy and perfectly crispy texture to taco. if they are any type of duck pate, or boiled liver pate, well the texture and creamy taste best resembles a pate. now they grill them in the coal, and they have just a crispy experience that I can best describe as a chicharon (fresh fat pork grind.) I say I live a little, eat outside the box when in mazatlan like a mazatleco. recommend this taco. cabeza: literal “head” in spanish brings me to my number 1 favorite taco here. cabeza can be found a mix of different types of meat on a cowhead, including wong, gut, aug apple, and if desired brain. rest easy, haha add its non-defined brain here. haha, however, I have found that it is mostly only flesh of the muscles around the head of a cow, braut, until they fall from the skull. the intense fat taste meets every single pleasure note in my mouth give me a food gasm after every bit. Simply amazing combination of meat damped to perfection. my choice. if my name was a taco, it is taco de cabeza. because of this taco alone I decided to write a review. have they been happy? hahaha. overall: if they are looking for a culinary taco experience, I recommend to them to stop young here. my friends do not forget to tap well, they make 5 dollars a day, they can afford everything.
The best tacos in mazatlan are fast and they are so good. this place is a must when they visit mazatlan.
For amazing, authentic and from the beaten path taquerias in mazatlán, at the top of my list is super tacos la carrera. this place is a few blocks from the picturesque and it is worth the trip. they make the best pastor tacos they can find in the city. eating is amazing, they are fast service and although it is not a nicer place, it does what a taqueria should do, the tacos speak for themselves. if they have tacos here, they can find their tacos on a regular basis.
Probably the best tacos I had in mazatlan. on every table there are delicious extra toppings/salsas. it has a very clean interieur with a handwashing station. super fast with super friendly service; I didn't catch my server name, but she was really sweet and spoke English with me when she realized that I was fighting to put my question on Spanish. I had 6 tacos and 1 drink for 112 pesos! would definitely go back:
If you are looking for real delicious authentic tacos and quesadillas, then you have come to the right place. I have been to many places in Mexico to eat, but this is by far the best. Would totally eat here on a daily basis if I lived here. Super friendly staff as well
