We sought out the Picanton Baja Grill after reading some TA reviews. We were walking to Plaza Machado after our hike up Cerro Creston and thought we would try it out. Our server Lupita was attentive and accommodating, even helping me change my order. We had burritos and a Torta Ahogada. The food took quite awhile to get to us but it was worth the wait. Great selection of sauces and condiments. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
Went twice today. shrimp tacos for 35 mxn were the best ive had since arriving in Mazatlan, so many sauces and the place is clean unlike other places here. they are a fair size as well. I had 2 tacos and was full. going back again tomorrow. The owner speaks English and is very friendly as well.
6 of us, all foodies, in an effort to continue our quest to visit most of rated restaurants on Trip Advisor found this hidden gem.The place is very clean and service extremely attentive. We all ordered something different and each of us were totally satisfied. Not much on ambiance but big on value. The menu was extensive for a lower priced restaurant which is unusual.Highly recommend.
