Applebee's Grill - Maysville

The attitude of the hostess who seated us was unwelcoming. After we were seated, we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive. When our drinks finally came, they were both incorrect. The appetizer included a beer cheese dip that had the consistency of milk. I ordered onion rings with my meal but instead received French fries. Throughout our visit, the waitress never checked in to see if we needed anything or offered drink refills. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be coming back again.

The food was fantastic, but the service could use some improvement. My drink was never refilled, and the waitress was a bit rude.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We ordered appetizers but never received them. Our waitress blamed the cook, and they ended up having a loud argument in the kitchen. That's all I need to say.

Had birthday dessert today. The Sizzling Blondie is a favorite. It was delicious. Server was attentive and very friendly. It's usually hit or miss here with food quality and service. Today was a hit.
