Workers must be legally blind because I ordered the same sandwich 3x this month so far and every time they get the cheese wrong. Couldn?t read the order number , order name to top it all off they forgot two items off my list order twice this week. They?reacting like Starbucks ain't right up the street.

I go every day on my break. Always give them the barcode on my phone ti be scanned for the points! I was checking my app just now and have noticed that all my points disappeared without using it. It?s just a bunch of kids working there and don?t evencare about the people that goes inside.

What is going on with the donuts and munchkins. The donuts have a tiny bit of icing on them. Ridiculous for the price they charge. Munchkins are dry with no taste, chocolate have no icing, old fashioned have no glaze on them.

Employees don?t care about dine in or pick up customers, only drive thru. Coffee is always watery only 1/10 times it?ll be decent. Stingy with veggie cream cheese in bagel, even tho I always pay extra.
