This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, offering a delightful farm-to-table experience in a charming setting. The menu is both intriguing and unique, and each dish is beautifully presented. We opted for the family-style menu, which featured a variety of courses, and every plate just kept impressing us more and more. It was honestly one of the best meals we've had in years, complemented by the incredibly friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

I had a delightful brunch at The Nest. I ordered waffles, a donut with jam, and coffee. It was great to chat with the owner, the staff, and other patrons. The atmosphere is lovely, and everyone was very friendly. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30.

When we asked the waitress to change our plates, she refused, claiming that the next course would have the same flavor base. It was only after the second course that our plates were finally changed, but she again insisted we keep our cutlery. The overall bill came to CAD 411.60, which is on the pricey side for what we experienced. On top of that, an 18% tip was suggested. Really? Although the waitress was friendly, she seemed more interested in chatting with two guests outside—who appeared to be her friends—than attending to us. We were the only table inside, and there was just one other table of two outside, yet we often found ourselves waiting a long time for our dishes between courses. Overall, I would advise against dining at this restaurant.
