Domino's Pizza - Maynardville

Their prices are outrageous—completely ridiculous. They also add a $6 delivery charge and a mandatory 15% tip. Honestly, it costs $50 just for one pizza and a small sub! The food is good, but their prices are completely over the top.

We've ordered from this Domino's twice in one week and both times it was a 5-star experience! In the past, the food was terrible, and we reached a point where we refused to eat there. However, after seeing on Facebook that there was a change in management and they were putting in more effort, we decided to give them another chance. I’m so glad we did! Both times we ordered pizza, pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread, and dessert. We had one order delivered and one for carryout, and in each instance, the staff was friendly and our food was hot! We will definitely keep coming back!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The online ordering system is a complete joke and they refuse to honor the discounts I've earned. I paid $50 for a large pizza and was supposed to receive a free medium, but they wouldn't give it to us. We decided to go with just the large pizza instead and attempted to use our 20% discount. They told us to wait fifteen minutes. After five minutes, I tried calling from a different phone while still waiting for them to answer the first call. When Christy finally picked up, I told her to forget it. It feels like the online system has just robbed customers of their discounts. Thankfully, Christy ensured we'll never get a pizza from Domino's again.

This place is a joke... clearly run by inept, lazy idiots. I tried to order a pizza but the call went to a CALL CENTER (due to sheer employee laziness) and the person barley spoke English so I hung up... then they called me back twice like stalkers. One pizza with 2 toppings was gonna cost 28 dollars. Oh and for some moronic reason, this location does only no contact delivery!!! Management clearly needs to be fired. Thanks but no thanks idiots.
