Wendy's - Maynard

Take our granddaughter there after dance. The staff always greet her. Conscientious and polite staff. Always makes visiting a joy.

Oh boy where do I begin... I first pulled up ready to take my kids inside only to be greeted by an employee crying their eyes out to another employee saying they were going to kill themselves if they had to work drive thru again. As I approached the door I was then told the dining room was closed. So we then proceeded to wait in line which I thought wasn't going to be so bad since there was only three cars in line. Bad assumption on my part. Sat and waited for almost 25 minutes then finally get to the window to only hear the automated recording then silence for another 5 minutes before someone actually took my order. After we got our order taken I wish I could say it was smooth sailing from there but it wasn't. Orders were wrong, no straws given for drinks. Just a real complete lack of attention to your customers needs. Oh yeah the disgruntled employee decides to go fish bowl a car with another employee after the little snowflake fit they had. So there's that as well. Maybe....just maybe if you didn't force your customers to drive thru only and paid a little more attention to detail. You wouldn't have to be outside having a mental breakdown cause people were being mean to you. Get a helmet and welcome to real life kid!!!! Avoid this location at all costs.!!!

In for their good breakfast items, I got the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant that was great with the plump chicken, soft croissant and sweet maple and salty bacon tastes. My wife liked her Bacon Egg Cheese Muffin and apple bites along with the OJ's. Service was good and we enjoyed eating inside with the best Christmas decorated Wendy's we have ever come across. Thanks to the staff/management for putting in the effort to make the place look festive for the holidays.
