Ordered both in person at Steph's market stall and online for home delivery and always incredibly fresh cheeses and meats! Steph is a wonderful person who offers great service! Would highly recommend ordering from him any day! Pictured is our home delivery of French cheese and home made duck terrine and meats! Steph will feed anyone's inner Francophile!

Steph answered all of my many questions about his products. As an ex Michelin starred restaurant chef, he fully understood the needs of a coeliac (it helps his wife is one too! and ensured me his products were safe. Not only were they safe, they were absolutely delicious! I wanted quantity and variety so bought 3 of the mixed salami platters and a slice of the country terrine everything was tasty and fresh! Lots of value for money. Thanks so much Steph, can’t wait to get some more produce again soon!

While taking a stroll in Parramatta, I came across Stephane's market stall. I bought some of his terrines and found them to be of excellent quality and delicious. I will definitely be returning on a Friday to visit his stall again. His selection of products is extensive and I am excited to try more in the future!

The restaurant offers excellent quality produce, although it is slightly expensive, it is mostly worth it. They have great meats, cheeses, and pates, and the owner is very passionate about their food, offering samples and tasters for all products. The only downside is that the service can be very slow, as it took 45 minutes for two people to complete their order despite being the only ones in the store and calling ahead. It can be frustrating if you are on a tight schedule, but overall we believe it is worth it and have returned multiple times.

This restaurant in Newcastle is one of the best hidden gems! Steph and his team are incredibly passionate about their craft, and just listening to them talk about their love for food is an experience in itself. My recommendation: make sure to try all of the dishes they have to offer!
