I had an outstanding experience with customer service today, and it seems there's new management in place! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Spicy Italian.

The location alone wasn't enough to compensate for the poor customer service I experienced. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience with a server named Autumn was quite disappointing. She didn't spread the toppings evenly on my sandwich and became irritable when we tried to use a coupon. Her attitude was rude, and it felt like we were inconveniencing her just by asking her to do her job and make the sandwich properly. Additionally, she repeatedly mixed up my order despite me explaining it clearly. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience. Meal type: Lunch.

I came in for a snack at the Pilot which this Subway is located inside before deciding to get a meal instead. Patty was a very friendly, outgoing , and engaging personality for an employee. She worked at a reasonable speed, completed the order as requested and even wiped a table so I could see my motorcycle while I eat when another employee should have been on top of the cleanliness aspect. I would come back due simply for the customer service Patty delivered on 08/15/2023. Subway management please pass on this compliment to Patty as she deserves the recognition!!

Last month, they didn’t have the steak I ordered. Last week, they were out of provolone cheese. And this week, they're out of sub rolls. It’s disappointing to go to a sub shop that can’t provide a key ingredient for their sandwiches. I’ll be heading down the street to Arby's instead. You really need to improve your ordering practices.
