Domino's Pizza - Maumelle

Kathryn delivered my pizza faster than anyone else. She had a smile on her face and made me feel like I was an estimated customer. Give her a lift!

Just pulled to Maumelle. Dear Dominos. But I will say that these Dominos are my best experience so far. I'm late for work, and I'm gonna order a pizza late and it's always up to date. Sometimes as within 15 minutes. So fast. And the quality is so good if not better than during normal business hours. I love it. Don't go to the late night Taco Bell or Waffle House. Go to the late night Dominos. 100 recommend for us night workers folks. Thanks Dominos. Also do not forget to tap well. You do to provide you with a service!

Bradley was very nice when I accidentally ordered the wrong crust online. I called and spoke to Bradley. Even thought it was already in the oven, he offered to remake it. Very nice and customer-friendly attitude!

I choose Dominos about pizza hat every day! Let me start by being human, we all make mistakes... Dominos made my order, but the difference is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! How do you make the customer happy? I went to Pizza hat where they messed up my order, but not even tried to satisfy their mistake that was discussed with me! Dominos treated the same mistake as It should have been treated when you run a business! KUDOS! So in my pictures you see a eaten pizza and not the whole chicken because we hungry, but it looked perfect before and taste delicious! The pizza that was eaten half is the one that I ordered... the one that didn't eat at all is the mistake, and because I had this problem before using pizza hut and the man told me I didn't order it like now I ordered screen what I ordered only in case, but I didn't even show my screens screenshot! She offered me to keep the original mistake and repair my pizza properly, give them 15 minutes, so I went down the street and got a drink came back it was done! Now that 's the way it should be done bc we are not paid as employees who are paid to wait for the work, but customers who order with pickup and have already waited the time frame when it is going or at home should wait for something for the inconveniences, waiting for extra time if it wasn't their fault... This is the perfect strategy for customer satisfaction in most cases.... I am not sure if they offer refunds, but I have 't a bc I wanted the pizza, but for waiting in a position to keep the pizza they have the possibility to give it to someone in need is nice! Good work on the manager who recommended the employees to allow me to keep the pizza would make it right tonight... not sure who the manager was, but the employee was really nice blonde ponytail lady in the window she was very professionally beautiful and even remembered me when I came back!
