Outback Steakhouse - Maumee

I was at dinner. No one came to the table about 15 minutes and when they did, they looked like they were running through a tornado. After I finally get my lunch, the server I don't think has ruined us a name. 45 minutes wait until I haven't eaten. messy place, okay eating, really bad mood

On Saturday evening 21 October 2017 at 6 pm we had the worse culinary experience we had in a long time. we sat at a table that had no serviettes or cutlery. we had to ask for the cutlery. the waitress was friendly, but did not inform us of any specials. two people in our party ordered the sirloin and garnel, the garnels was over boiled (like chewing gum) the steak was black on the outside and blood oozing in the middle (same is good, but that was not cooked it seemed.) the kartoffels were ordered with acidic and butter, but everyone on the table asked more sour and because they could not find karto I had...more

Not sure why the public likes this place so much, very commercial, nothing Australian about it, eating is average and is expensive. I guess people go there since everyone else.

The service is missing. the last two times we went to this place, they claimed we first did not call in a lock warrant and 2. did not make a call pre-enquiry. both of them I showed my phone record with their number and they tried to fix their mistakes quickly. often the curbside orders are missing.

Just ok. We went to Outback last night in Maumee for the first time. We were seated pretty quickly. The first thing that we noticed was that the restaurant decor was kind of run down and shabby. The ceiling was spray painted black-very tacky. There was no carpet or tile on the floor, just bare concrete. I got a petite filet and shrimp. Both were prepared fine but the shrimp was very salty. The steak was tender but didn't have much flavor. No salad came with the meal. The baked potato was excellent. My husband had a burger and fries which he said was good but he wouldn't go out of his way to go back and get another one. The service was ok, too.
