Pizza Factory - Mauldin

They have changed to a very thin crust that is hard and the edges are hard as rocks. Previous soft and fluffy and delicious. they do not like that they had the need to change it from the original way it was done earlier. they ruined it.

The lunch is on the spot! personal pan pizza, 1 trip into the salatbar and a drink. the salatable is small but has everything they want. great staff too!

The eating here is not bad, but also nothing about the service was good young lady in the cash was friendly and welcoming, but the preparation of the food was a little slow my order should be ready at a certain time and I waited for another 15 minutes so different than the no real complaining, but I also don't send balloons

Placed one to order for the giant pizza half cheese and half grill huh and got a whole cheese pizza. call them back and I was told that I should keep my reception and my order would be replaced to my comfort, that was a lie! came today with my entrance for my replacement and was rejected! They said the manager was not her and then the guy said he was the owner, but then wait. he advised me to call corperate, but when I asked about the number he said she was not a corperated office! smh So I asked if he was a liar and he said yes! Don't fit her time here because if they screw her order and promise to fix it as long as they have her acknowledgement! I hate a ****!

Very good pizza place. I had the lunch special. $8 gets you a salad bar, a mini pizza and a drink. Good variety on the salad bar. The pizza was very good as well. Busy place.
