Location /Parking In the heart district of Maulbronn, close to the PWK car park and motorhome parking you will find the large Bistro Centrale. Ambience Through the fenced beer garden right before it goes a few steps up to the Bistro. A high bench is located in front of the large window front. The bar stool was also covered with dark green leather. The remaining table groups are lower. We swing to the bank and have a good overview of the complete bistro and the huge screen built for the World Cup game. Everything is very modern bright and friendly. On the tables brown airy runners and a unfortunately dried rose in a small vase. The tables are illuminated by bottle lamps. Service The service is friendly but responds to a complaint expressed by us cold beer in warm freshly rinsed glasses not appropriate (the drinks are not withdrawn and lose sight of us when serving drinks. The demand for everything is right, we do not mean more than honestly. Food For students and students there are special dishes with a discount. Otherwise there are Mediterranean dishes and pizzas. A changing daily ticket adds the offer. We choose the Cordon Bleu with salad and choose Pommes (12,50€). The Cordon Bleu was not very big, tasteful but all right. The pommes were added separately in a bowl, the amount was too much. The mixed salad nicely garnished with cress and well marinated. The second dish was the homemade mouthbags with tomato sauce, mozzarella and salad (9,90€. Everything was baked here again with a spicy cheese and served very hot in the prune. Separately, every single component tasted, but the Swabian Italian did not go at all. At the end there was an ouzo and a strawberry liqueur on the house. When the bill came we were not surprised, we were now clearly offered Ouzo. The owner was a Greek. Incomprehensible, however, why there were no other Greek dishes on the map except sheep cheese and souvlaki. I would have liked to have grilled Peperonis so much: Conclusion Bistro for young and old in modern flair

If I'm in the ländle again, then I'll go to the Bundesliga (or championsleague) to the central large-screen wall. but not only is it worth visiting there, even eating is really good.
