Toasters - Mattoon

We have lived here nearly 2 years. We have gotten numerous orders that were not correct. Little things like wrong toppings on burger or hot dog. Stopped by one weekday morning at 10 minutes til 8:00 and they were not open. When sonic was advertising the .99 shakes their machine was down. The final straw was that I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of hamburger patties until Friday!!!! And to get a refund for them I would have to go through the app. Then he seemed shocked that I didn't want the tots or shakes I ordered to go with the hamburgers. Also, it will take 7-10 business days for me to get credited on my credit card. Unbelievable.

Terrible service and clueless workers. It took 15 min for two ice creams and they didn't even know what they made and threw the toppings on top without mixing it together. Never going back.

Sorry I gave it one star but I really meant to leave it 0 stars! The food was terrible. The tots were obviously cooked a day ago. The drink was awful watery lemonade and the cup so full of ice that there really wasn't much lemonade?! Grilled cheese was a smashed one and hot dog was so so. Sorry! WON'T BE BACK! One star is being nice. Stopped here on a road trip... and it was a little out of the way, but that was alright. It was alright... until spending over 20 minutes waiting in line for a simple slushee and mozzarella sticks. While spending this time with nothing else to do, I noticed the outside areas were dirty and full of trash. Issues with the drive up speaker... and while it was only $1.00, I was not given back the correct change. Final blow for this location... specifically asked for ranch and was given two sides of marinara, but no ranch.

Slowest service ever and my order is consistently wrong. Seriously took them over thirty minutes just to bring me my food. Unbelievable
