Little Caesars Pizza - Mattoon

Very poor service. Blonde general manager is really mouthy and mean.

I missed Little Caesars. It's quite possibly my favorite pizza chain. So when I moved to the area a little while back, I went here pretty quickly. The food was very good, though I had to wait for it. But not too long. The pizza tends to be a bit greasy and doesn't always agree with me, but I'll take my chances. The restaurant lobby has a lot of open, wasted space it feels like. But that's not a huge deal to me.

The services usually pretty good but this past time I ordered a hot and ready pizza and was told that my order was done but I still needed to wait another 10 minutes because that's when their system said it would be done lol

Prices are very good for what you get. Staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer to call ahead or order online so the food is hot and ready. They do offer several things that are hot and ready, but sometimes they have a long line because they're so reasonably priced and good food.

Employees rude No customer service but food was good
