Dairy Queen - Mattoon

The food is consistently delicious, and the restaurant is clean. However, the staff could be a bit more friendly.

I absolutely love the friendly and attentive staff here. Laura always remembers me and asks about my family, which is such a thoughtful touch! It really makes a difference.

The food is amazing, with fresh fries that I absolutely love. Your ice cream, sunflowers, and overall dishes are delightful. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic—so addictive! My visit today was wonderful, thanks to the welcoming staff and the delicious treats!

Nasty staff and remnants. Extremely dirty and dirty, the workers did not wear uniforms that smelled like they hadn't showered for days and were extremely rude and screaming. There's another DQ in town that's better.

So I go through the drive thru and they are busy and so I was so polite and friendly no matter how long it took cause i use to work at a Dairy Queen and I asked for a large fry and they give me fries that are half empty. I would never do that.
