Moe's Original B Que - Matthews

This is my absolute favorite BBQ place. The pork and brisket are great, but the wings are the best I've ever had. I really appreciate the fresh sides and friendly staff. I just wish there was one in Lake Wylie so I could visit more than once a week.

One of the most delicious restaurants I've ever been to, barbecue or otherwise. I have never had another place as consistently good as Moes. If you're anywhere there it's more than worth stopping by!

This place is amazing!!! The Mac n Cheese is my favorite, creamy and delicious they also have specials that are always great!! The beer list is always good. The staff is always very friendly.

I 've spent two years in Matthews. This place is the fast casual BBQ that you know you want. Everything is good. I mean that. I 'm didn 't start off a BBQ connoisseur but I am now. I 'm not a wings person the wings are incredible. The Po ' boy is great. The blackened mahi mahi sandwich is incredible. Slaw is marinated and delicious. Macaroni and cheese is VG. Brisket sandwich is stupid. The greens are awesome. (I 'm learning to love them. Fried green tomatoes. Jalapeño cheese grits. They have regular and Alabama 'white ' BBQ sauce. Oh they have great beer. This is one of the reasons I hate moving from here. The building is beautiful. There are windowed garage doors with screens. During the fall and spring, with the doors open, this place takes full advantage of the NC weather. You should go here. I mean that.

First time in the Charlotte area and wanted to try something local. The hostess talked us through everything and was very helpful. Ordered the pulled pork platter with sweet potato casserole and collard greens as my sides. Everything tasted awesome! The worst thing I can say is the cornbread was not sweet as I am used to but it's prolly how it's supposed to taste. Will definitely go back if I come back to this area again. 5 stars!
