Long Haulin' Keto (food Tent/trailer)

This is a family owned food truck that looks a little bizarre at first (they live in the fifth whee behind it) but it is great. The owner was a former truck driver that said he drove this route a lot and felt like there wasn't any good food for miles so he decided to open up a place. His wife eats keto, so they have a lot of low carb and diabetic friendly options too. Homemade sauces (including homemade ketchup and Mayo! What a great and delicious surprise.
