Consistent with deliveries on portion size. Always order double steak and at any time supplies it like half a part. 18 dollars for rice and cheese. Super annoying. A girl actually told me when they have over portions other people, they will intentionally shorten other customers to them. I would, if possible, make zero stars.
For me, the presentation is just as important as the taste of food. When I took it, the side of the bag was wet for what reason. When I came home, something dripping out of my pocket. When I opened the bag at home and took out the food, I noticed why it was dripping. The bag just sat on the shelf when we picked it up. My Burrito bowl was placed laterally in the pocket and dripping what came out of the bowl. Very disappointing. The 3 stars were given because the food was decent in taste and the other 2 ordered items looked excellent.
Disgusting, after several bad experiences at this Chipotle site, I write a negative review. In recent months, when they visit this place, they did not have various important ingredients and the restaurant itself was unclean. But today was the worst experience. At first the restaurant was closed by a gas leak that seemed suspicious because other shops surrounding it were open and the people inside worked. But they said they order online. We did. It said our order would be ready in about 5 minutes. Well, it wasn't ready for the OVER AN HOUR later. In addition, some parts of the order were incorrect. They also offered no discount after that. I'm very disappointed as I love Chipotle and this place was good earlier.
I'm in the industry and understand the fights in recent years. I worked on a point for this brand so I can understand more. Unfortunately, this place has fallen rapidly after my visit. Cleanliness, standards, food quality everything. From Guacamole, black beans, Fajita-Veggies at 1130? A young man works at noon, a POS tries to help the line while people with gloves, an online, a barbecue guy without headgear. Randomly a manager who seemed to do to try things prep would be his head on the ground.
