The ladies were awesome, and we got our favorite fish for waiting for a bit (which is expected). Thanks for the excellent food and making this girl happy! The was today Feb. 19 around 1pm. I have started to make a habit of providing feedback when deserved. Thanks again!
I won't leave anything less than a 5 because the employees deserve it. The food was hot and tasty as always. However, Mr. Owner/ Manager, the lighted signs on the outside of the building are all burned out or broken. The place looks closed after dark. I almost kept driving. Tighten up!
We stopped going here pre Covid because every time we went the food was never good. Overcooked, things left off your plate, etc. Management was terrible at this location. We held our breath and decided to try it again. Apparently with new management, everything was perfect! The hush puppies were so fresh and hot and tasted like they are supposed to. The fish was perfect also. Ohmigosh! It was like the old Captain D's had been resurrected! Thank you, Jesus!
18. November 2022 at 5 pm my sister visited this restaurant and placed her order on the drive thru and drove home. When she came home, she realized she had someone? About Eat's order. She went back to the restaurant and tried to go, but the doors were closed. She went on the drive thru and told the cashier that she was given the wrong order. The cashier told her to drag her into the window. Two cars before her. She asked the checkout why she should wait for 2 cars. The cashier said that only employees are allowed inside. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who instructed my sister to move forward, and she will bring out her order. My sister did it, and no one came to go back and went to the window where she asked for her food. The manager was rude and rushed her body to her when she gave her food and told her she had told her to go to the front. My sister is a regular customer at this point and was frustrated by this bad service. My sister was angry and didn't have to go to work in the next hour, things could have escalated. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and told her I wanted to make a complaint and she told me to think I was the manager. I was 5 minutes in my hand and no one came to the phone. I called back a few times and every time I was met with the voicemail. Managers and employees need training on customer service. We are both registered nurses and if we are ever physically fired to our patients or families!
I love this place, it's my favorite captain D is the cashier and the manager are the most beautiful people I met, they made my food and my stay very pleasant! Thank you for knowing who you are!
