I Absolutely love Boston Market !! The customer service was awesome. The food was delicious ?. We didn't know that the Turkey is now seasonal. So we were a little early for that. Also as a Travel Business Owner I love trying places so that I can recommend them to my clients!!

Great Customer Service, We Wanted Turkey But It's Seasonal Now. So We Were Just A Few Days To Early. The Meatloaf Was Still Amazing!! We Love Boston Market. And As A Travel Business Owner I Love To Tell My Client's About Wonderful Places To Visit When They Are In Our Amazing City!!

Haven’t had Boston Market in over 15 years. I enjoyed it while in college. Decided to give it a try…. The building looked run down and the inside poorly cared for. The food behind the window looked like it had been sitting there all day. I was still being optimistic and picked the meatloaf with spinach and yams since they looked edible, unlike everything else that looked like it’s been sitting out all day). 2 bites in and I couldn’t do it!!!! Felt like I would get sick from eating this food. I didn’t check the sanitation score, but wish I would have prior to ordering. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pot pie and 1/2 rotisserie chicken w/ the same sides as I did only decent looking ones)… one bite into the chicken pot pie and he was DONE… we tried!!!! Can’t do it!!!! Boston Market is not what I remember it to be!!!!

I went to this place as I was waiting next door for my car to finish getting an oil changed. The doors wouldn't open. A worker comes and tell me that you have to order online. So I stood in the parking lot and went online. It said I pretty much had to wait 35 mins for my food for pickup. NOW these women see that I walked up without a car and could've been COURTEOUS enough to allow me to come inside to order but nooo, that would've been TOO nice to do so this time huh. Don't eat here, let them go out of business
