Sān Xuán - Matsuura

I stopped by during my Shikoku and Kyushu tour. I tried various dishes, but the fried scale of the red sea bream and the fried horse mackerel were especially delicious. The crispy and fluffy texture of the red sea bream scales, paired with the refreshing ponzu sauce, was so delicious that it made my body tremble with excitement. I was so amazed that I forgot to take photos of all the dishes that followed (I couldn't stop eating). The horse mackerel fry was also unlike any I have ever had before! The thickness of the flesh and the richness of the fat were exceptional, making it the best in Kyushu!

You can enjoy delicious sashimi here. The shirako was excellent.

The sashimi is delicious. The meat is delicious too. From tamagoyaki to tempura, everything is delicious. The fried horse mackerel was also delicious with a large, tasty piece. And it's reasonable too! They accommodate according to your budget with more dishes than expected. They also prepare pasta and steak, which are also delicious. You can easily finish it all while drinking alcohol. There are quite a variety of drinks, including some unique options that are delicious. They also have a few types of sake available depending on the day. However, they do not offer yakitori. This is a recommended izakaya where you can enjoy fresh fish dishes and tasty home-cooked meals.
