Istanville Turkish Pizza Kebabs

Erkan makes the best freshest Pide ever! Try the chicken folder or spinach and potato you won't be disappointed!

I have just visited Istanville for the first time and will definitely be returning. Don't let the humble appearance of this place put you off. The food is delicious and the staff couldn't be nicer. My husband and I got the Turkish sausage pide , a vegetarian pide, a doner kebab roll and some hoummus and baba ganoush dips too. While we were waiting for these we had a zucchini fritter and the lovely guy behind the counter gave us some complimentary samples of the beetroot and jajik dips to try as I was asking about them earlier. How nice of him, and they were so good too - I don't even like beetroot normally! The pide I had was very good, with cheese, tomato, onion and mushroom, and the doner with salad and sauce was the best one I've had in a long time too - not greasy like they often can be. My husband really enjoyed his too.The prices are very reasonable and the pides are made fresh in front of you. We'll definitely be going again.

We just had the most delicious kebab with the lot. The store owner is the nicest man who gave us some of his wife's homemade hommus to try. We walked out very full and with a shopping bag crammed with his homemade Turkish bread, baba ganoush, jajik...scrumptious!!We will be back!!

Fresh tasty Turkish tucker, the spicy sausage pide is spot on & the chicken version is great as well. The kebabs, dips, breads & extras are all brilliant too. Eat in or take away, Istanville keeps locals coming back for more with their fine authentic food.

Everything made fresh including the bread for the kebabs. Very friendly, nice staff. Went with my son and he was given a plate of chips while we waited :D. Forgot to take a photo.! Seeing them make the food before you is a visual treat too
