O Barril Restaurante Churrasqueira

A small typical Portuguese restaurant. Very efficient and polite service. The portions are generous and the food is really nice. It is worth a visit.

The restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. It was full of locals eating sardines (people even queuing to get a table). We didn't get sardines as we had it at lunch but we had meat (picanhia) which was also very nice.

The whole experience is just tasty. Try some appettizers as you order wine, then the ribs, sausages and chicken. All the staff are really nice and professional. Really cool! 100% recommended.

Came across a lovely food smell wafting down the street and found source to be this restaurant. Well its more like a cafe but food looked good on open grill. Opted for the pork ribs but found them tough and stringy. Wouldn't return
