Contribuiți la feedbackWell this is my first review of the year. I must say its good. This is a market eatery. You cannot get it any fresher. It comes from the ocean to your table. I had fried mahi mahi. Cooked to a golden brown. With tasty cole slaw, hush puppies and delightful garlic french fries. My server,Brandon, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Not a fancy place you are on the water and out doors. Plates are paper or such. A bit pricey, but all seafood is expensive in Florida. I believe they charge more so the Government can get more tax money. There is no income tax in Florida) Everyone I talk with were great. My only issue was leaving the parking lot. A bit of a struggle with only a 2 lane road. Despite this I highly recommend you give them a try.
The best frog legs and a fun place to visit. The old Florida restaurant won't be much better than that. Music and a great menu, Mullet fish spread, shrimp / oyster Ponboy everything is so fresh and staff great. A must to visit when we come to Matlacha.
The best fish sandwich and fish dip ever. I have been visiting here for years, on several occasions [this evaluation is long overdue] and the entire experience is consistently grandiose, from food to personnel, to entertainment, both musical and aviary actors. There is something unique and organic therapeutic about The Olde Fish House, which is deeply restorative for your soul. A must if you're in the area.
Friends very recommended this restaurant. We thought the place was excellent, with cozy tables authentic food, it was hard for me to lure just a dinner! You have a wide selection of daily specialties on the menu. Our waitress was above the head of the boss also took time to see us! A
Lisa, the owner, was our server. She was so helpful as this was our first visit and we knew nothing about the menu. The atmosphere was pleasant, casual and relaxing. The band Red Hot Rooster was amazing. The food was excellent. We loved this place and will definitely return. Thank you. Lisa!
