Pizzeria Lu Riale - MATINO

And this was probably the one. We arrive shortly after 9PM (with a reservation) and found ourselves at the hottest, most humid corner of the restaurant. After a good 30 minutes of being ignored, we asked for water and they came with the menus. They advised against ordering pizza (for which we had come) because there would have been a one hour wait. We ordered from the food list instead and at 11PM we left the table without having received the pasta kids had fallen asleep. Many of our fellow diners were left waiting for the hour declared for pizzas, and we witnessed at least one other party leaving the restaurant without receiving their food.

BEST choice, no doubt... Small family restaurant, in a small village. We were even lucky to get our private demonstration of pizzaiolo performance. Don't miss it if you are around...!!!

Good pizza and a great place to watch typical italian life. Can eat in or take out. Winner of many pizza prizes
