Was disappointed with the banana smoothie I had this morning especially when I paid $10 was very bland tasteless really ????

I completed the Autumn 5 day detox last Friday. I had been feeling run down and bloated for quite a while. It wasn't hard to complete because the food was satisfying and I could fill in a hungry moment if I wanted to with a couple of fresh feijoas or an apple. I'm not a big fan of tofu but when put with the other salad ingredients Lyndal supplied it was actually quite good. Her juices, shakes, salads and soups were amazing and I liked the herbal tea so much I have bought some. I plan to detox this way again and also try Lyndal's Juice detox one day a week program. Juicing just makes so much sense. Thank you Lyndal ????

Just completed a 5 day juice detox and feel amazing!! Lyndal is incredibly knowledgeable about detoxing and goes out of her way to be helpful and provide support during the detox best of all it tastes delicious!!
