Polar Bear - Matamoras

Ordered 2 specialty shakes for me and my wife. Excellent choice for a hot day. Price can be prohibitive if you're not ready to chalk up $5 per shake. The server was courteous and clean. I was lucky and only waited for 1 customer before my order was taken so be prepared to wait in line if it's a busy time of day.

They have great Ice Cream.... I take my kids here as much as possible during the season... I've even attended when baseball Season Coaches will bring the team after it ends... I remember every so often as a child my parents bringing my siblings and I here for Ice Cream! They have a great Assortment of Flavors, Varieties to choose from! I like getting a Hot Fudge Sundae, MY FAV, however, depending on the Server, it varies a bit in Add-Ins and/or size, for a Cone or Sundae! I'm local to this Creamery and prefer the Service, as well as Prices. This is my1st Choice when we want to enjoy a Sweet Treat...

Ice cream stands have gotten pretty expensive recently. The Polar Bear is no different. But the ice cream is good with a decent portions. I stop in more than I probably should. But it's so good.

This was recommended to myself and a co-worker while we were visiting for work. Absolutely delicious!!! I had cannoli ice cream and WOW, that was GREAT!
