Indian Flame - Matamata

The dinner was fantastic! We all tried different dishes for the first time and loved them all. The only suggestion I have is to provide a bowl of rice for each dish, as we had to share one bowl among three adults and ended up having to pay for an additional bowl because there wasn't enough rice. My favorite dish was the cheesy garlic naan bread, it was amazing! I would definitely go back again. The server who took our order was great and made the experience even better.

I wasn't expecting much when I first arrived at this restaurant. It was the only Indian cuisine spot still open late on a Sunday, and I usually find fusion dishes to be a disappointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in, making us feel like part of the family. The food was exceptional, with just the right amount of spice for our medium preferences. We started with delicious samosas and then enjoyed dishes like Lamb Rogan Josh, Mango Chicken, and Madras Lamb and Chicken, all served with a variety of naan. I would highly recommend everything we tried. This meal was one of the last I had before heading back to The States, and it is one that I will certainly remember. I give it a perfect 10/10 and plan to return on my next trip.

During our week-long stay in the area, we dined at the restaurant twice and were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. We highly recommend this place, 10/10!

Great service and the food was delicious. We also tried the masala tea and it was sublime. We will definitely come back. We fell in love!!! One of the best places we’ve been since my friends and I arrived four months ago. They were really kind to us. :
