Fantastic service and delicious food. The keto options are excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and I frequent it often.

The portion sizes were generous and the restaurant was spotless. However, the staff could be more friendly and upbeat.

The staff at the Masterton store are amazing. However, their phone ordering system is frustrating. Why am I redirected to a call center in the Philippines to order a kebab from my local restaurant? What's even more irritating is that I clearly communicate my order, yet the person on the line feels the need to confirm it by repeating it three times.

Eating here is okay, nothing more and expensive. the atmosphere is completely missing, and the personal ranges from indifferent to hostile. it is not helped by newly installed automatic ordering machines that reduce any interaction with the personal to zero. I'm not going back.

Sorry, but the Gozleme here is just a tortilla, a chewy wrap tortilla...
