Twistee Treat - Massillon

I can't say enough about this place. Despite the long line, everyone was polite and the staff was friendly. The wait was definitely worth it! We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant.

This restaurant is the perfect spot to indulge in delicious ice cream. They offer a convenient drive-thru option as well. While I didn't try any of their food items like the cheese cone, the ice cream was fantastic! The portions are generous and they have their own unique versions of blizzards and special flavors that change weekly. It's a great place to bring children and family members to enjoy a refreshing ice cream while seated at tables with umbrellas.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The two wonderful ladies working today were so pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. McKenzie and Lily deserve raises for their excellent customer service and making me feel more than just a guest in their shop. Thank you for turning my day around. I will definitely continue to support this place because of these two amazing women!

Everything's good here, just wishing that they'd throw the place up a bit.

I asked for a non-dairy ice cream and they said yes we have vanilla which was good. Turns out it wasn't dairy free and they don't carry dairy free ice cream. Instead, it was SUGAR FREE. Not what they do. Thank you for the customer to get sick later!
