The Pizza Oven - Massillon

The service at the Mass/Perry location is poor. When I went in to pick up my order, there was never anyone at the front to help me get my pizza most of the time.

I was really looking forward to being able to order pizza and chicken while in town. I was truly disappointed to receive my pizza dry and overcooked. I always get extra cheese, but it didn't seem like there was any cheese on the pizza. I gave it another try before leaving town, but I'm not sure if I'll try again when I visit.

They forgot to put the ground beef on the pizza before they cooked it so they decided to throw it on top after it was done. HORRIBLE The manager never came out to talk to me when I took it back. They did remake the pizza. That pizza should've never left the kitchen. After calling corperate they are sending me a$10 gift certificate. That doesn't even cover the price of a pizza.

This was my first time eating at Pizza Oven in Massillon, Ohio on Lincoln Way. The food was fantastic!! Ana has excellent Customer Service skills and is very professional, friendly and courteous. The food was just as good as the service. All the food we ordered was absolutely amazing, hot, fresh and filling. I will be back!!! Jeffrey Waterman 330-571-5448

Don't use door dash, upcharge everything. Pizza Oven shouldn't have them on there website. 8pc chix should of been $14.95 Broasted potatoes $6.40 Pizza $21.95 Ended up being $87
