Bacaro Italian Tavern - Massapequa Park

I absolutely adore this lively and bustling restaurant. It gets extremely busy, so be sure to make a reservation in advance. If you enjoy coconut, I recommend trying the coconut martini and definitely do not miss out on the Thai-Italian calamari - it is incredibly delicious.

The gluten-free options were amazing, the waitress was friendly and attentive, and the outdoor seating was beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was introduced to Bacaro during a RED networking meeting. They provide a great variety for lunch at a discounted price as well as the full menu. Service is always friendly and the food is really good. My favorites are the Italian Thai Clamari and the Ribs which are tasty and fall off the bone tender, served on a delicious cole slaw.

Amazing food, great staff, and the drinks are awesome. Live music and great bartenders!

This restaurant was terrible. It was too crowded, too loud, and the wait was way too long. The prices were ridiculous - $80 for just one pizza. The pizza was cold, possibly expired, and there was hardly any food on it. In other places, you would get three baguettes but here you only get a small bite of bread. The only redeeming qualities were the angel hair pasta and meatballs.
