Burger King - Mason City

I waited at the menu board for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me through the intercom. I then had to go up to the window and wait an additional 4 minutes. The manager really needs to step up their game. I do not recommend going to Burger King.

I ordered the great king and got a jr instead. fries were cold and the fish sandwich was in the middle cold. will never buy again from burger king.

Love eating always, but this is the 2nd time that I slaughtered the door at night and my eating was absolutely freezing and my shake was only half full, I cried and know that a answer, absolutely had never had this problem during the day

The website says you are open till midnight. I tried going thru the drive-thru at 10:50. The order boards were lit up but nobody was there. You could atleast change your hours on your website.
