Applebee's Grill - Mason City

I came in today with my 2 kids to have an early birthday lunch for my daughter. I was so disappointed with the waitress (She had pink in her hair). She was less than attentive and didn’t seem to be enthused to be working. She paid plenty of attention to the table behind us, but walked by us numerous times without even checking in on us once. The food was good, I just wish there was more honey pepper sauce, but I did get a cup of it. I’m typically an over-tipper, but only left 15%. ??‍

Nice place to get good food and the staff is much more helpful than before the waitress is very nice

They cooked me steak raw. Cold but they had football on so I’d give 1 star but could be 5 if steak wernt raw.

The last time I was there my waitress, Kelsey, was efficient, friendly, and provided great service!

Great place for 1/2 price apps!! Bekah is super attentive and friendly!!
