For a chain restaurant, the quality is very uneven from one time to the next, as much as you can have a very good meal, well cooked and prepare, other times, lukewarm, almost cold fries, burgers that are too cooked or the service is very long and very ordinary... Too bad!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Incredibly but true we arrive at this stop after 8 hours of driving and the only visible employee is washing the floor. We asked him a few times if we could give him our order and he finished cleaning the entire restaurant floor!!! In the end, the guy didn't even speak French and didn't understand either. He said in English that he had a job to do and he had to finish it. My criticism is more about the lousy customer service we’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and we haven’t gotten our order yet!

I just went in this a&w and there was this asian employee who was very rude. I asked him for two chicken burgers, one medium fry and 2 cokes, he was adamant on making it a combo . When my order came, he just gave one coke instead of two and was very rude about it
