McDonald's - Mascouche

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is terrible no matter what time you go. I don't understand why they have multiple drive-thru windows if they never have all of them open.. just one would be sufficient.

Since the opening of this McDonald's, the service has been extremely slow. There is a lack of employees, leading to mistakes in orders. I believe it's due to the shortage of staff. I have experienced errors twice at the drive-thru, and despite their apologies and taking down my information to offer a free meal, I have been waiting for this coupon to arrive in the mail for a year. Overall, it's mediocre.

This is the McDonald's with the best service and where the coffee is the best in my opinion. The staff is friendly.

Quant on pense au coût de la vie, il est agréable de savoir que pour moins de 2,00$ on peut s'offrir un bon café (avec un remplissage gratuit et un septième café gratuit) et un bon muffin.
