Dunkin' - Maryville

We attempted to dine at Dunkin Donuts on Washington this morning, and once again, our order was mistakenly given to another customer because they don't call out order numbers. After waiting for a long time, a young lady assured us she would bring our food to the table, but that never happened. Instead, someone else took our food from the counter where it had been placed, and again, no one called out any numbers. To make matters worse, they had run out of the items needed to prepare our order. This is the third time we've encountered this issue. The last time, we accepted a terrible substitute that we ended up throwing away before going somewhere else to get a decent meal. This time, we requested a refund. While we love the coffee, we’re becoming frustrated with the mix-ups and constant shortages. We might try another coffee shop to see if we can find something we enjoy just as much as Dunkin's coffee.

The staff here is incredibly friendly! Although it was a bit busy, they gladly assisted me when I requested a drink holder. The donuts are delicious and taste fresh. My favorite drink is the mango pineapple refresher with green tea!

The staff at this restaurant are some of the rudest I've ever encountered. Their coffee is downright bad as well. I advise against ordering more than two items at the drive-thru, as it seems to irritate them and they become quite disrespectful.

Parked out back to enjoy my meal… the KAREN that lives behind the building is an absolute psycho and pulled up next to me looking at the front of my car… then had the audacity to ask me to back my car up because it WAS NOT touching the bushes! I am assuming she believes she owns the parking lot next to the dumpsters! She’s bad for business!

This Dunkin in my opinion is the best that I have ever been to. Excellent service by all.
