Bahia Bowls Estero - Maryville

I stumbled upon this place while searching for healthier smoothie options around me. I decided to go and try it and I am so happy I did! I knew after my first visit, that I would become a regular customer! Everything they have to offer from smoothies to salads to bowls is absolutely delicious! I love the sunshine cobb salad and the acai bowl. The place is very clean and offers a peaceful atmosphere to be able to sit and enjoy your meal. The staff are young but run the place wonderfully. I am very picky about where I eat and appreciate the cleanliness this little place offers. I would also like to point out the fact that everything is made to order and the salads and fruits are always very fresh. For anyone like myself with a chronic illness that can't eat often due to extra additives and sugars, this is one place I can always count on that I can go. Thank you for offering clean and healthy food! In the future, if you choose to open another location, please consider maybe market square downtown or west knoxville. Until then, I will continue to be a loyal weekly customer and commute to Maryville from East knoxville! ?

Great healthy choice. I love everything I’ve tried. My favorite is the southwestern wrap. Try the PB and chocolate chip protein bites!! My daughter is a vegetarian and it’s her fav spot!

I just got the Cobb salad with chicken and mango dressing and it was delicious! This maybe the best cobb salad I have ever had. I had been debating trying Bahia Bowls for quite a while and I regret taking so long. The bathrooms were very clean (huge plus as a parent) as well as the dining room. I also got the banana protein balls and they are fantastic! I will definitely be back.

My wife and I visit spots like this in Knoxville regularly: healthy options that won 't trigger any allergies, presented with style and a little flair and in a comfortable, accepting environment. Bahia Bowls has plenty of room for plenty of customers, lots of truly YUMMY food options that you won 't find just anywhere. Their pumpkin bowl (seasonal offering is AMAZING and I do wish it was ALWAYS on the menu but that 's the way life works, I guess. Seasons and pumpkins come and go. . . Don 't miss the little snacks (and filling snacks! in the fridge as you wait in line. . .and their Frog Juice (from another local company kombucha is wonderful. There are other bowl spots in Knoxville that might compare to Bahia Bowls, but the next time I 'm in Maryville, I 'm going back to Bahia!

I just started visiting this area a couple times a year from IL. The staff is amazing and always makes changes to items for me. Caitlin is awesome! She even took the time to show me the best way to get in and out of a Maryville high school football game!!
