I ordered a chicken salad with dressing and unsweetened tea, while my friend chose a turkey wrap along with a soda.

I attempted to return my sandwich because it was incorrectly made, but the manager insisted that I was mistaken and that I didn't know what I was talking about. He said he would refund my money. Having managed a Subway and currently running a bakery, I can confidently say that I know what sourdough is supposed to look, smell, and taste like. It’s frustrating to have my expertise dismissed, especially after a decade in the industry. The management's customer service was terrible, but at least the young woman working there was kind and tried to help me, which is the one positive aspect of my experience.
