Empty Cup Coffee And Bistro

I own a restaurant and bar in Linn, just a few towns over, and I'm familiar with visiting other places. I must say, I genuinely appreciate what they're doing. I had the Club Panini and a salted caramel mocha, and both were excellent. I've recommended this spot to some of my customers to check out when they're in Marysville. They definitely earn a 5 out of 5 from me!

I truly value when a coffee shop focuses on the quality of its espresso. Since it's the foundation of any coffee drink, it should be prioritized over the syrups that often mask the taste of a poorly brewed shot. That said, it could have been worse.

This place served the BEST iced green tea matcha latte I've ever tasted! The service was friendly and our order was taken quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

I love the eMpTy Cup! The atmosphere is neat, and I don't know that I'ver had anything bad there (I have not cared for an aioli here or there, but that's just my taste, nothing wrong with it at all). Nice selection of hot/cold drinks, baked goods,sandwiches, etc. Dessert items are AWESOME! I've not tried a pizza, but my daughter says they are good. Be prepared to waita bit if there are a lot of people, as it takes awhile to make specialty drinks etc depending on what staff is there, but it'salways good.
