Chipotle Mexican Grill - Marysville

Ordered online, got home both bowls were wrong!! Veggie bowls for both. One has meat, the other was missing items. Drove back for new ones and they were out of most things, an counter food area was a mess. Attempted to call customer service, was on hold over 20 mins and opted to have a call back. Almost 24 hours later and no call back.

Store was very dirty. Seemed as if no one was in charge. Worst chipotle I have ever been in.

They only had steak, no pico, no napkins, slowest service of all time, stale chips, dirty dining room, the rice was crunchy ? , and only like two workers were actually doing anything. literally the worst food i’ve had in a minute.

I ordered food from DoorDash $6 for some stale chips and super chunky queso. Everything looked like it was cooked yesterday and served today. One bowl was full and the other looked like it was for a 2 yr old

Small dining room which I've never understood, only 16 seats total. The portion sizes were not even an entire scoop of rice, we had to ask for more twice. They were out of black beans and they weren't replenished for about 15 minutes. Serving sizes and quality have gone down but not so much that we don't eat here.
