The staff at this restaurant are consistently courteous, and the lines move quickly. The food is delicious—definitely recommend trying more chicken!

The service was decent, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I noticed they offered a breakfast burrito but missed the 'spicy' label next to it. I asked the cashier if it was spicy, and she assured me it wasn't. However, the spice completely overwhelmed the taste of the chicken. The drive-thru seemed quite busy, so I decided to go inside, where there were no customers waiting. It did take a little while for my burrito to be prepared, which I didn't mind, but when it arrived, it was incorrectly assembled. The eggs were pooled together in one section, while the chicken and potatoes were separated in another. A non-spicy option would have likely been better, but that's my oversight for ordering something spicy based on misleading information. I also tried the vanilla iced coffee; it was just average—not sweet enough for my taste, but acceptable.

Insanely busy and parking was a nightmare. Inside it was packed with a huge line, and it's a fairly small location so it was a bit awkward. The food is good, though I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. The service was stellar as always at Chick-fil-A and the moved us through the line fairly quickly.

Overcrowded restaurant and long wait in drive-through lines as well. They also charge a paper bag fee of 8 cents. I 'm not sure how skip the bag would work here, especially at the drive-through window, but if I ever go back, I 'll try it. Charging a bag fee may end up being a lot of extra work for them once customers are wise to it. Chick-fil-A sauce is only given to you if you remember to ask for it. Not buying into the hype here.
