McDonald's - Marystown

We waited for someone to come take our order, and eventually a man came out and walked up to the register, staring at us without greeting or offering to take our order. I awkwardly started to place our order myself. The decor in the restaurant was nice, but unfortunately the staff was lacking in customer service.

I visited McDonald's in Marystown and ordered a burger. Unfortunately, when I took a bite, I found a piece of plastic in it. I raised my concerns with the McDonald's staff in Marystown, but I didn't receive an apology or even a coupon. I felt disappointed with the service and wanted to share my experience with others. My family used to eat at McDonald's almost every week, sometimes multiple times, but we will not be returning after this incident. It would have been nice to receive an apology at the very least.

I took my son to this restaurant recently and found that the fries in the middle of the container were raw and cold. Due to this experience, we will not be returning.

Terrible food omg . When ever I get my hash browns or french fries there only half cooked and I find the middles frozen just wish that were hot. Last week was my last time going there to Marystown location. Hope at some point they will improve.

I awkwardly said "umm ok we'll have." and started to place my order. The decor in the restaurant is nice. The staff, not so much.
