Syberg's Dorsett - Maryland Heights

I had the steak which was very good they asked me whether I wanted the bourbon sauce and I said yes I was not disappointed. I had some fried chicken strips that were extremely good also however I didn't order them and I don't see them on the menu strange.

Very large, loud sports bar. Wait staff was a little slow. Chicken Caesar salad was plentiful and tasty

It was my first time at this particular Sybergs location. Granted it was a Saturday night around 6, but we had to wait an hour for a table and had to circle the parking lot for 10 mins for a spot. Lesson learned, if you aren't there for the music on a Saturday night it's not worth the hassle. Love Sybergs food though, so I'd just go to a different location that isn't having entertainment and would be a little less hectic.

Great portions and environment, prices have increased.

No one at my table was very impressed with the food it we for painfully salty, over seasoned fries. Watery lobster mac and cheese (which made my friend VERY sick the next day) and multiple orders were messed up. Our server had no idea who got which food and neither did we since it all came out scattered and out of order.
