Hampton Inn Suites Mary Esther-fort Walton Beach

Interestingly, the staff didn't realize I was a Hilton employee until I mentioned the brand I work for, which made me eager to see how well they embodied the Hilton spirit. We stay here every year and will certainly keep coming back! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and we loved the fantastic outdoor pool. This week has been absolutely wonderful! Kudos to the entire team at this Hampton Inn—you have gained a lifelong guest! **Rooms:** The room was excellent and very clean! If you needed anything, the staff would deliver it right to your door instead of having you go downstairs to request it. **Nearby activities:** Just a short drive to Destin and Fort Walton! **Safety:** The parking lot was well-lit. **Noteworthy details:** The staff is incredibly friendly and treats everyone like friends and family! The hotel itself is spotless!

The hotel was decent! However, my check-in experience was negative due to a clerk who was unprofessional and sarcastic. I've reached out to the District Manager via phone and email but haven't received any response. Room quality: 4/5.

Judy was the best front desk staff member I've ever encountered. She was both friendly and attentive, providing excellent recommendations about the area. Her efforts made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely return. Rooms: 5/5.

I hardly recommend this hotel. If you are coming to the Destin /Fort Walton Beach area... This hotel is a hidden gem. It might not be on the beach. You are close enough. Bye to get to wherever you need to go. The staff is wonderful. The hotel and it's accommodations are second to none. Very good hotel. Very goodSafety: I felt very safe at this location. Had a great overnight stay here. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was good but average. They did have really good coffee.Rooms: 5/5
