Arby's - Martinsville

It should not take 16 minutes to go through the drive thru. Then we were told to pull up after we got to the window and waited another 6 minutes!!! I went inside to see what was going on and the girl had a ROTTEN attitude and said next time we won't cook it fresh. The foods not fresh!! Terrible. Lastly, the food was awful.

I don't know what happened, but I ordered a double and barely got a single meal. The sauce that I received had other sauce all stuck to it. The food was cold even though we ate inside. $25 for two people and the food was cold. Plus, they didn't have the advertised fish sandwiches!

The roast beef was wonderful as it always is! Curly fries were also! The service was great! The two ladies who were there seemed to be the only ones there, but they worked as a team and took care of everyone with ease that was calm, cool, and collected! Just watching them work together and the courtesy they showed each customer; even though they were pretty busy, made my day! Thank you, Ladies! Keep on smiling! My order was to go, but I went inside to order. I'm glad I did.

Store is very slow an disorganized. Didn't have ketchup or Arby's sauce last visit.

Seriously! I preordered my food so I wouldn’t have to wait. Understandable when you’re busy, but order not started until after I arrived is ridiculous. Atmosphere like a prison dinning
