Long John Silver's - Martinsburg

I really enjoy Long John Silver! Their food consistently meets my expectations, and I seldom encounter any problems with my orders. The service is excellent, and I highly recommend giving them a try!

The food was excellent, and I haven't had it in about 10 years. I visited my mother's favorite restaurant to celebrate her birthday on June 2nd. Rest in peace, Mom.

I experienced a mix-up with my order when I received my food. The manager kindly asked me to come to the window to resolve the issue with the missing chicken and slaw. After checking my ticket, she provided me with the slaw, extra chicken, and fries. She was assertive but completely fair. I really enjoy their food and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to the manager for making my visit to LJS a positive one!

We had a wonderful experience at Long John Silver's after a long day of house hunting. Tracy at the counter was incredibly helpful and made the process easy for us. We ordered a family meal that included both chicken and fish, and we added about nine shrimp to it. The hush puppies were delicious, and we also enjoyed green beans, corn, French fries, and coleslaw. It had been a while since we had French fries from Long John Silver's, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better they tasted than I remembered. Tracy even brought our order to the table, which we really appreciated. Her attentiveness and attention to detail made a difference, and she went the extra mile by checking on us later as she passed by.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Both the fish and chicken dishes are delicious. I absolutely love the hushpuppies!
